1. What is the power input?
A: For non-PoE managed switches, it receives DC12V~52V, for PoE
managed switches, it receives DC48V~52V.
All the models support redundant input.
2. How can I install the device?
A: Each model in this series supports DIN35/Wall mounting.
It requires necessary accessories in installation like screws,
mounting kit etc., some of them are included in the packing box,
some are not.
3. Is it possible to print my logo?
A: Yes, it is usually on the top panel of the device.
4. Can you supply a customized PVC label with my model on it?
A: Yes, there is a description, model name, and logo on the front
PVC mask, all is available for customization.
5. What is the packing list?
A: There is a device, protective foam, a user manual, a warranty
card and a console cable in the box.
But SFP modules and power supply are NOT included, please purchase
it from us separately.
