converters, media converters, optical video converters, are a pair
of CCTV transmission devices that transmit and receive high
fidelity CCTV signals of video, audio, data, telephone, contact
closure, Ethernet, etc., and designed to extend the coaxial limit
of 500 meters and get CCTV signals connected to 80km max on optical
fiber cable.

Yes, the standard packing box does have not have Chinese letters or
logo.
Its fine to customize your own version like putting your logo,
model name or slogans on it.
2. What is your payment terms?
In most cases we do T/T wire transfer and full amount should be
collected before shipment.
For sample orders, we receive PayPal payment for shorter processing
time.
Sometimes Alipay or WeChat payment is fine, it depends on the
cases.
